“Why not?” Buck retorts immediately. Eddie raises an eyebrow. “I’m serious. I love you. You love me. What’s the problem?”

There it is again. That wall. The same one Eddie thought he got rid of when he tore apart his bedroom with a baseball bat, and when he came out, and when he got together with Buck - that… line drawn in the sand, that obstacle, that lump in his throat that doesn’t make sense, and doesn’t need to be there, but that he still can't quite seem to shake.
