When Emily wakes up again, she’s on her knees with her hands held behind her back. Metal restraints encircle her wrists and ankles, trapping her on her knees. And when she looks up, she sees a man. He seems vaguely familiar, but she’s not sure why.

Emily is about to figure out the truth. Up until now, she’s had a plan: find a guy, lock him down, marry him, and divorce him for half of his stuff. She’s gone out to bars and clubs as she’s searched for the right, dumb boy.

Except tonight, things turned out differently. She sat down with the wrong guy, and he took out a timepiece. He gently swung his pocket watch from side to side, and the metal facing entranced her. Before long, she relaxed into a deep state of relaxation, one where she became susceptible to his every programmed wish and command.
