Mary Decker is no ordinary policewoman; living in Lakeview, she is a member of the newly formed Punishment Police, and it falls to Mary and her colleagues to carry out the corporal punishment sentences imposed by the magistrates. Punishments are delivered at the Judicial Center as well as scheduled home visits - and always on the bare bottom.
